Bubbles, bubbles everywhere!

Go to google docs and download Coffeeshop Luminous Burst in Actions for you to use folder.  Make sure you CROP you image first to either 8x10 or 5x7- you don't want to take your focus away from the bubbles by having a lot of stuff in the background.

I also ran PW- sharpen this and filled the layer mask WHITE!
